The Tabu, Ajay Devgn, Akshaye Khanna-starrer thriller soars at the box office bagging Rs64.14 crore in its opening weekend.

The verdict is out. People are not going, but thronging to theatres to watch Drishyam 2 [2022]. Sunday proved to be another big day as the Tabu, Ajay Devgn, and Akshaye Khanna-starrer thriller bagged an impressive Rs27.17 crore nett. This takes the Drishyam 2 three-day collection to a whopping Rs64.14 crore nett.

Drishyam 2 is the sequel to late director Nishikant Kamat’s 2015 film. The second film is directed by Abhishek Pathak. Both film are remakes of Jeetu Joseph’s Malayalam franchise.

Drishyam 2 looks good to cross Rs100 crore net probably inside the first week itself. Made at an estimated budget of Rs90 crore, Drishyam 2 was released across 4000 plus screens in India.
